The transparent pocket on the front cover holds the tab sheet as a table of contents. The transparent inside pocket on the back cover is designed to hold other personnel files. The outer covers are connected for a total capacity of 30 mm. Five tab sheets with an 80 mm file mechanism are welded between the outer covers. Slide in the optional suspension rails and the personnel binder becomes a suspension binder. The back cover has a grid-like header for attaching a 50 mm-wide full view tab.
